Adult film star Ron Jeremy has been indicted on more than 30 counts of sexual assault, involving 21 women and girls across more than two decades.

Per the Associated Press, the 68-year-old Jeremy pleaded not guilty to all allegations in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday (August 25).

The indictment, unsealed yesterday, details allegations made over a 23-year span, dating back to 1996. The victims range in age from 15 to 51. AP reports that the counts appear to be identical to charges filed against Jeremy last year, which he also denied.

As previously reported, charges against Jeremy include six counts of sexual battery by restraint, five counts of forcible rape, three counts of forcible oral copulation, two count of forcible penetration by a foreign object and one count each of sodomy, assault with intent to commit rape, penetration by a foreign object on an unconscious or sleeping victim and lewd conduct with a 15-year-old girl.

Attorney Stuart Goldfarb wrote in an email to AP that Jeremy's "position is the same as when the criminal complaint was filed. He is innocent of all the charges."

The Los Angeles County District Attorney has ordered Jeremy to return to court on October 12 for a pretrial conference. Since his June 2020 arrest, the adult film star has been held in jail on $6.6 million bail.

If convicted of all charges, Jeremy could face a sentence of more than 330 years to life in prison.
