The Simpsons are set to get a visit from Canada's boss, as Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will appear in this week's episode. Perhaps too busy with attempting to run the country, however, the actual Trudeau won't be on the show. Instead, his voice will be portrayed by impersonator Lucas Meyer.
Meyer is a Newstalk 1010 reporter who has previously gone viral for his impersonations of Don Cherry, Gordon Ramsay and Dr. Phil, among others. He announced his Simpsons appearance on Twitter.
The episode is called "D'oh Canada" and sees the four-fingered family visit Niagara Falls. Somehow, Lisa is accidentally given political asylum in Canada.
Speaking with CTV, Meyer said, "I'm a little bit overwhelmed right now … it's been a little bit of a whirlwind.... It's just so much fun, you know?"
"D'oh Canada" airs this Sunday (April 28).

I will be a guest voice on @TheSimpsons this Sunday as Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
In Nov 2017 I put together an impressions video https://t.co/D548zZNx7g for family and friends and it somehow led to this #cdnpoli 1/3 pic.twitter.com/8UZADrngnj
