Late last year, we got a preview of a new PJ Harvey track in the trailer for Dark River, and now "An Acre of Land" has arrived in its entirety.
The song is an interpretation of a classic English folk song, expertly setting the mood for the film's rural setting and story of estranged siblings brought back together after their father's death.
Harvey's version of the track is a collaboration with Harry Escott, who has previously scored films like Hard Candy and Shame. He also composed the score for Dark River.
