Netflix Is Making a 'Fast & Furious' Animated Series
If an annual Fast & Furious movie is not enough to satiate your appetite for things that go "vroom vroom," Netflix is stepping up to fill the void. The streaming giant has announced plans to create an animated series from the wildly popular car franchise.

The series will arrive via executive producers Vin Diesel, Neal Moritz and Chris Morgan, and will be produced by DreamWorks Animation Television.

"We are thrilled to take our fantastic partnership with DreamWorks Animation to the next level with new opportunities from the vast library of Universal Pictures," said Melissa Cobb, vice president of Netflix Kids and Family. "The 'Fast & Furious' franchise is a global phenomenon beloved by audiences of all ages, and we can't wait to get started on the new animated series that will capture the action, heart, humor and global appeal of the feature films."

You'll find a still from the series above. Though it doesn't have a release date just yet, there are Fast & Furious movies scheduled for release over the next three years so we can at least look forward to those for now.
