Noah Hawley has already made his mark on television with shows like Fargo and Legion, and now he's set to try his hand at Oscar season with his feature film directorial debut. Lucy in the Sky stars Natalie Portman, and its first trailer is available now.
According to the film's official synopsis, "Natalie Portman plays Lucy Cola, who returns to Earth after a transcendent experience during a mission to space and begins to lose touch with reality in a world that now seems too small."
In addition to Portman, the film stars Jon Hamm, Zazie Beetz, Dan Stevens, Pearl Amanda Dickson and Ellen Burstyn.

The film will have its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 11.
