'Moonlight' Director Barry Jenkins Has Shared a Teaser for His Next Film
All eyes are on Academy Award-winning director Barry Jenkins for how he plans to follow Moonlight, and today we get our first taste of the project.

As previously reported, Jenkins has adapted James Baldwin's If Beale Street Could Talk for Annapurna Pictures. The 1974 novel follows the trials and tribulations of a Harlem couple separated upon the husband being accused of rape.

Jenkins shared a teaser for the film to celebrate Baldwin's birthday. The celebrated writer and activist would have been 94 today.

Watch the trailer for the film below. It will premiere at TIFF before receiving a wider release in November.
