Montreal's Fantasia International Film Festival Unveils 2015 Lineup

This summer, Montreal's Fantasia International Film Festival will return for its 19th edition. Today, organizers have unveiled its truly impressive lineup.

Of the many big gets is the North American premiere of Miss Hokusai, the latest film from director Keiicha Hara and the Production I.G. studio (known for films like A Letter to Momo).

In addition, the festival will offer up the Montreal premiere of Marvel's highly anticipated Ant-Man, the world premiere of the new horror anthology Tales of Halloween, the world premiere of Israeli horror flick Jeruzalem, the world premiere of Assassination Classroom and the first Canadian screening of the Canadian/Kiwi festival hit Turbo Kid.

The festival is rounded out with screenings of Big Match, Crumbs, Deathgasm, The Demolisher, Experimenter, Fatal Frame, Full Strike, The Golden Cane Warrior, La La La at Rock Bottom, Observance, Possessed, They Look Like People and The Visit.

This is just scratching the surface, as the full list of screenings and events is expected to surface on July 7.

The Fantasia International Film Festival takes place from July 14 to August 4, with the Concordia Hall Cinema serving as its main base. For more information, visit the festival's official site here.
