When it comes to Miles Teller's public persona, being well-behaved is, well, not his tempo. The Whiplash actor made headlines at Christmastime for a yelling match with an Uber driver, and now he's done some more bad boy behaviour.

According to TMZ, Teller was arrested in the wee hours of Sunday morning after we was falling over drunk in San Diego.

Apparently a police officer noticed that Teller was having trouble standing on the sidewalk. A cop came over to check on him, and Teller reportedly became uncooperative.

From there, the actor lost his balance and nearly fell over into traffic. The police officer cuffed him and offered to take him to a drunk tank where he could sober up.

Teller refused that offer, so the cops took him to a detox centre. When he refused to work with the staff there, he was finally arrested for public drunkenness. He was held for four hours and released without bail.

Teller's reps did not comment on the arrest.
