Kevin Spacey has been charged with felony sexual assault. He is set to be arraigned in Massachusetts on January 7.

According to the Boston Globe, Spacey faces one count of felony sexual assault. The assault allegedly took place at a Nantucket bar in July 2016, and authorities revealed today that the victim is the teenage son of former Boston WCVB-TV news anchor Heather Unruh.

Spacey's arraignment will take place on January 7 at Nantucket District Court.

Adding a strange layer to the whole thing, Spacey has released a video in character as Frank Underwood from House of Cards where he seems to address the charge:

Spacey has been the subject of numerous accusations since last year, when Anthony Rapp accused him of making sexual advances on him when he was just 14.
