Keegan-Michael Key and Trevante Rhodes Join Shane Black's 'Predator' Reboot

A host of high-profile names have been linked to Shane Black's Predator reboot, including 50 Cent, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Benicio Del Toro. Now, Keegan-Michael Key and Trevante Rhodes are the latest actors to sign on for the project.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Key is in final negotiations to join the cast as a man who teams with ex-Marines to fight the creatures. Variety says that Rhodes, who made his mark on the silver screen with Moonlight last year, will play the role of an ex-Marine alongside Boyd Holbrook. 

As previously reported, the film sees Black re-team with his Monster Squad co-writer Fred Dekker. Variety also reports that Fox has set February 9, 2018, as the opening date for The Predator
