But thanks to the man's enduringly chill acting chops, he's having a truly impressive comeback. In addition to the John Wick franchise, Toy Story 4 and Always Be My Maybe, our dude is currently staring down the barrel at new Bill & Ted and The Matrix movies. And now he's even showed up in a SpongeBob movie.
Next spring, SpongeBob and Patrick will return in a new flick called Sponge on the Run. In its newly debuted first trailer, Keanu appears as a tumbleweed that is actually a ball of sage. And he's also a sage in the other sense of the word, doling out advice to our heroes. His character's name? Sage.
Is there anything Keanu can't do at this point? We're going to wager no.
