Nearly 30 years since the original, 1993's Hocus Pocus is getting a sequel at Disney+. Today, the trailer has arrived.
The trailer shows two teen girls accidentally summoning the witches from the original movie as part of a birthday ritual. That part of the trailer actually looks quite spooky — although when Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy show up as the witches, they bring their signature quirkiness.
Directed by Anne Fletcher, Hocus Pocus 2 also features Sam Richardson, Doug Jones, Hannah Waddingham, Whitney Peak, Belissa Escobedo, Lilia Buckingham, Froyan Gutierrez and Tony Hale.
