Here's What's Streaming on Netflix Canada in May
Let's start with the bad news — it doesn't look like Netflix Canada will be participating in any of the goofy May puns that exist this year. We're talking, of course, about the Star Wars-themed "May the fourth be with you" or the month-long NSYNC joke "It's gonna be May." Here's the good news, though — there's plenty of great, pun-free content hitting the streaming service this coming month.

First off, it's a big month for both new and returning Netflix series. We're most excited about Lady Dynamite, the brand new series from Maria Bamford (pictured). That'll arrive on May 20.

That's not the only new series, however. There's also Marseille (May 5) and Chelsea Handler's new show Chelsea (May 11). Three Netflix shows are also returning for their second seasons, with Grace and Frankie on May 6, Bloodline on May 27 and Scream on May 31.

As for the non-exclusives, there's a wide variety of movies set to hit the service including Fantastic Four (May 1), Mistress America (May 1), Palm Trees in the Snow (May 1), Planes (May 2), Tangled (May 2), The Diary of a Teenage Girl (May 4), Edge of Tomorrow (May 7), Fast Times at Ridgemont High (May 11), Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation (May 13), Bridge of Spies (May 17) and Grandma (May 24).

If, for some reason, you badly need to stream the Alvin and the Chipmunks movie Chip Wrecked, you better hurry the hell up. It's only on Netflix until May 1. That's also the day that the streaming service will lose Identity Thief and Footloose.
