Here's What Canadian Musicians Dressed Up as for Halloween

See which Canadian artists embodied characters from film and TV, as well as the likeness of other musicians

There seemed to be a collective understanding that folks were going hard for Halloween this year — and Canadian musicians were no exception.

Cartoons and rockstars and clever puns, oh my! These are just some of the inspirations Canadian artists drew from when putting together their Halloween looks. Many even sported their costumes onstage over the weekend, whether performing locally or at San Francisco's Outside Lands festival.

They understood the assignment: you can't go wrong with Disney personas or The Godfather. And of course, it's always fun to see musicians pay homage to other musical idols like Freddie Mercury, the Blue Man Group and Phoebe Bridgers.

Check out the parade of spooky looks below.
