At long last, Apple TV+ has set its launch date. Today, Apple revealed that the company's new streaming service will arrive on November 1 in more than 100 countries, including Canada.
Apple made the announcement this afternoon, setting not only the launch date but also its list of exclusive shows for the streaming service. Among the exclusives are the likes of The Morning Show, Dickinson, See, For All Mankind and The Elephant Queen.

Apple TV+ will be available on the Apple TV app on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, iPod touch, Mac and other platforms for $5.99 CAD per month. There is also a seven-day free trial available.
From today, anyone who buys any iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, iPod touch or Mac will also receive one year of Apple TV+ for free.
Subscribers can watch Apple TV+ originals both online and offline, ad-free and on demand, via the Apple TV app. The Apple TV app will also be available on select Samsung smart TVs and will come to Amazon Fire TV, LG, Roku, Sony and VIZIO platforms in the future.
