Earlier this week, Bill Murray sent Vancouver Canucks fans into a tizzy when he was spotted kicking back at a hockey game. He was in town with director Peter Farrelly to work on their new show The Now — a project we now know much more about.

The series is being spearheaded by Peter Farrelly, who will share directing duties with his brother Bobby Farrelly. It's being made for Quibi, a new streaming service that's set to launch next year.

The show also stars Dave Franco as Ed Poole, a man who is tempted to die of suicide after learning that both his father and brother also died that way. Instead, he decides to stop worrying about the past or the future and to instead live in the titular now.

In addition to Franco and Murray, the show stars O'Shea Jackson Jr., Daryl Hannah, Jimmy Tatro, Alyssa Milano, Rob Yang and Lex Scott Davis.

The Now doesn't have an official release date just yet, but Quibi is set to launch in April 2020.
