Having recently kicked off its second season, HBO's Succession must be successin'. After all, the show has just been renewed for a third season.

The series — which follows the corrupt and dysfunctional family behind a huge, fictional media conglomerate — will return for another go with its full cast, which includes Brian Cox, Jeremy Strong, Sarah Snook, Matthew Macfadyen, Kieran Culkin, Nicholas Braun, Alan Ruck and more.

"We are elated that Succession and its exploration of wealth, power and family has resonated so powerfully with audiences," HBO Drama Programming executive vice-president Francesca Orsi said in a statement. "We cannot wait to see how the complex characters that Jesse Armstrong has created continue to navigate this captivating, ruthless world of the uber-rich. In today's world where the intersection of politics and media is increasingly prevalent, Succession presents an especially piercing look behind the curtain of this elite, influential, and cutthroat community."
