Ham from 'The Sandlot' Took a Selfie with a Guy Who Didn't Know He Had Ham's Face on His Shirt

"You're killing me, Smalls"

Iconic '90s baseball flick The Sandlot is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, but despite its persisting place in pop culture, some of today's youth aren't exactly familiar with it.

The former child star of the film and portrayer of Ham Porter, Patrick Renna, had an unusual run-in with someone he assumed was a fan yesterday (July 25) — after all, he was wearing a shirt with Renna's chubby kid face on it and the oft-quoted line, "You're killing me, Smalls."

Turns out the dude either had no idea what his shirt was referencing, or he just couldn't place Renna when he came face-to-face with him, because when Renna complimented him on his shirt, "he had no idea what we were talking about."

Naturally, Renna snapped a selfie with the guy in the shirt. Check it out below.

In addition to events celebrating the 25th anniversary of The Sandlot, Renna can also be seen in the freshly released second season of GLOW.
