Former child actor Deleriyes Joe Cramer is best known for his starring role in the 1986 sci-fi cult classic Flight of the Navigator. He had a few other notable projects, but hasn't had an acting credit since 1996. Now, he's been arrested in Sechelt, BC, in connection with a bank robbery.

As the CBC reports, Cramer has been charged with robbery, disguise with intent to commit an indictable offence, failing to stop for a peace officer and dangerous operation of a vehicle.

Apparently a man wearing a wig of shoulder-length hair along with a bandana and sunglasses entered a bank in Sechelt last Thursday and demanded money before escaping on foot.

Police saw through the disguise and claim they recognized Cramer in the footage based on recent dealings with him.

Cramer was arrested on May 1, and will appear in Sechelt Provincial Court later today (May 4).
