As stars walked the red carpet at last night's Golden Globe Awards, a new face continually popped up, photobombing snaps of Hollywood's biggest stars. She quickly became known as "Fiji Water Girl," and it turns out she's actually a Canadian model named Kelleth Cuthbert.

She was hired to offer Fiji water to the stars as they made their entrances, but cleverly (if unknowingly) turned plenty of other people's photo ops into her own — much to the delight of the internet.

Obviously, her performance quickly snowballed into a new meme that saw Fiji Water Girl superimposed into classic movies and pop culture moments.

See some of those viral creations below.

"I do love a good meme, so I think it's incredibly ironic and funny that I'm one now," she said in her first interview, with Glamour. "The first meme of 2019, apparently! My husband is laughing very hard about all of this."

Formerly a social worker based in Toronto, Cuthbert has since moved to Los Angeles to pursue a full-time modelling career.
