Tragedy has struck the Deadpool 2 production after a stunt driver died on set in Vancouver. As of press time, the stunt woman's name has not been released.
The city's police department released a statement confirming the news, saying, "Vancouver Police can confirm that a female stunt driver has died on the set of Deadpool during a stunt on a motorcycle."

Of the accident, 20th Century Fox released a statement that reads, "We are deeply saddened by the accident that occurred on the set of Deadpool 2 this morning. Our hearts and prayers are with the family, friends and colleagues of our crew member during this difficult time."
