Eric Copeland to Score Horror Film 'Antibirth'

The Sundance Film Festival recently unveiled the lineup for its Midnight Film Section. Among them was Antibirth, a new sci-fi horror film starring Natasha Lyonne, Chloë Sevigny, Mark Webber, Meg Tilly and Maxwell McCabe-Lokos. We've now learned that the flick features a new score from one Eric Copeland.

Copeland's no stranger to freaking us out with sound. Along with his out-there solo work, he's perhaps best known as a founding member of Black Dice. He also worked with Animal Collective's Avey Tare in the group Terrestrial Tones.

It also makes sense that Antibirth would be his first major film project. After all, it marks the debut feature film from writer-director Danny Perez, who previously created visuals for both Animal Collective and Black Dice.

Stay tuned for more information on Antibirth and its soundtrack as it becomes available.
