Eminem Is Producing a Movie About Battle Rappers
Never recognized as one to hold back when it comes to his own pen game, Eminem will shine a light on lyrical jabs of all kinds by bringing a film about battle rappers to screens this fall.

The rapper has been revealed as a producer of Bodied, a film said to be "a satirical exploration of the world's most artistically brutal sport — battle rapping." You can watch a trailer in the player below.

The film was directed by Joseph Kahn, who wrote the story alongside former King of the Dot winner and screenwriter Alex "Kid Twist" Larsen. Kahn has helmed music videos for the likes of U2, Lady Gaga and more.

Billboard reports that the film's cast includes Anthony Michael Hall, Debra Wilson, Charlamagne tha God, Alter Perez, Rory Uphold, Jackie Long, Callum Worthy and Shoniqua Shanda, in addition to battle rappers Loaded Lux, Dizaster, Dumbfounded and Hollow Da Don.

Bodied will premiere next month at the Toronto International Film Festival.
