He released a sex tape, hosted the Gathering of the Juggalos and appeared in both Celebrity Fit Club and Hulk Hogan's Celebrity Championship Wrestling. He's in the news once again because he's going to jail.
According to the Associated Press, Diamond was sentenced to four months in jail after stabbing someone in a bar. The stabbing took place on Christmas Day at a bar in Port Washington, Wisconsin.
The 38-year old actor was also sentenced to 15 months probation. He's expected to report to jail on Sunday (June 28).
Speaking to jurors, the actor said that he took out a knife to try to ward off people who were approaching him and his girlfriend Amanda Schutz, including a woman who allegedly punched her. Diamond said he accidentally stabbed someone in the process.
Witnesses instead testified that Diamond and Schutz were the ones who initiated the fight. Schutz was convicted of disorderly conduct and could face up to 90 days in prison.
