Drake Wore a 'Breaker High' Hoodie to the Raptors Game Last Night

Drake took his seat side-court at the Raptors game in Toronto last night (may 7), and he watched his team win in style — wearing a Breaker High sweatshirt, to be precise.

Perhaps trying to avoid a return of the "Drake Curse," Drizzy opted not to wear Raptors gear, instead sporting an homage to the '90s Canadian TV show.

Breaker High was, of course, a launching pad for Hollywood heartthrob Ryan Gosling. It aired on YTV from 1997 to 1998, telling the story of a high school set on a cruise ship.

Drake's nod to the show was particularly poignant given his own history as the star of a Canadian teen drama. He played Jimmy Brooks on Degrassi: The Next Generation from 2001 to 2008.

It was a hilariously endearing nod to Canadian pop culture, and Twitter was loving it. See some of the most enthusiastic reactions below (including one from Breaker High's own Tyler Labine).

The Raps also showed considerable style, crushing the Philadelphia 76ers 125-89 to take a 3-2 lead in the series. The two teams face off again tomorrow night (May 9).
