Following some recent online teasing, Death Waltz Recording Company has unloaded all the details for the anticipated 25th anniversary vinyl reissue of Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me.
Due out on January 25, Angelo Badalamenti's soundtrack to the 1992 David Lynch film will arrive as a 2-LP set pressed on 180-gram "cherry pie" vinyl. As you can see by the packaging shots above and below, the reissue's artwork — done by Sam Smith with packaging by Jay Shaw and with the approval of Lynch himself — follows the themes laid out in Death Waltz's other recent Twin Peaks reissue.
Along with the soundtrack announcement, Fire Walk With Me will screen at select Alamo Drafthouse locations in the U.S. later this month. You can learn more about the screenings here.
As of yet, the return of Twin Peaks to the small screen has yet to be officially announced, but rumours are currently swirling about a premiere date in 2017. As of yet, though, there has been no official word on when the series will return.
