Running from 2004 to 2006, Deadwood was yet another beloved cult show in HBO's long list of them. Nearly a full decade after it was cancelled, HBO execs are now said to be considering a Deadwood movie.
The news comes via actor Garret Dillahunt, who played Francis Wolcott/Jack McCall on the series. He announced on Twitter that he heard "credible rumors" that a Deadwood movie was in the works.
Adding fuel to the fire, EW confirms that "preliminary talks" have started to get the ball rolling on a Deadwood movie.
