A U.K. man who looks suspiciously like Ross from Friends was caught stealing last year, and he's now been sentenced to nine months in prison.
The thief was caught on-camera making fraudulent purchases with a stolen card in Blackpool last November, and police shared a CCTV image of the man, asking the public for help. Perhaps luckily (or unluckily for him), the dude looked shockingly similar to Friends actor David Schwimmer and he was caught shortly thereafter.
Even Schwimmer himself noted the resemblance, tweeting: "Officers, I swear it wasn't me" — though he did recreate the footage that police originally shared in a hilarious video clip.

The thief's real name is Abdulah Husseni, He was convicted of one count of theft and four counts of fraud by false representation.
