Bob Saget Is Hosting an Adult Version of 'America's Funniest Home Videos'

Bob Saget's calm, clean comedy career on TV has never really made sense for those that have seen his standup act, but it looks as if those two worlds will finally merge. No, Saget is not making a raunchy version of Fuller House, but he is doing the next best thing. The comedian will soon host a new, adult-oriented version of America's Funniest Home Videos.

According to Variety, ABC has ordered a series called Videos After Dark. It will be hosted by Saget, and will feature videos that were considered "too risqué" for the standard America's Funniest Home Videos crowd.

The show will have a "nightclub-style feel" and will include Saget's own standup between clips. As for the material, AFV creator Vin Di Bona says they've been piling up clips for a while.

"We've been collecting them since day one," he said. "We've already had meetings with [ABC's] censors already, showing them the clips we have and for the most part we're getting their blessing."

Videos After Dark will arrive next year.
