Bitch Academy

With women learning to shake their ass in flattering ways while wearing a G-string, in addition to performing fellatio on bananas and practicing how to lead a man into temptation while bent over a chair, Bitch Academy is certainly a curious look at modernized feminism in the politically confused St. Petersburg, but it's not much of a doc. In fact, the film is little more than 25 minutes of highlights from an unorthodox new classroom where Russian women learn how to attract and keep the most elusive mate of all: the millionaire.

Led by the pragmatic Volodya, the class teaches women how to approach men, how to make eye contact, how to dress and eventually, that they are all little more than whores. The big lesson here is not that these women are taking back their power by deceiving men with their wiles, as the men are typically aware of what's going on, but that if they want cash handouts they're going to have to get their hands a little dirty, or their mouths a little sticky.

The doc is definitely amusing and sure to spark some discussion but there just isn't enough within it to be anything more. Now, if only someone could point out to these gals that trying to snag a millionaire is all fine and well but they need to realize that they're going to have to listen to the domineering windbag prattle on about his importance for however long the courtship lasts.
