Billie Eilish is once again making an upwards move and just announced she will be doing the James Bond theme for No Time to Die. This makes the 18-year-old the youngest artist in history to ever deliver the coveted theme.

The theme song will be released on Darkroom/Interscope Records, and Eilish did the track with her main musical partner and brother FINNEAS.

"It feels crazy to be a part of this in every way," Eilish said in a statement. "To be able to score the theme song to a film that is part of such a legendary series is a huge honour. James Bond is the coolest film franchise ever to exist. I'm still in shock."

FINNEAS added, "Writing the theme song for a Bond film is something we've been dreaming about doing our entire lives. There is no more iconic pairing of music and cinema than the likes of Goldfinger and Live and Let Die. We feel so so lucky to play a small role in such a legendary franchise, long live 007."

As previously reported, director Cary Fukunaga is helming the upcoming Bond film, which arrives in North America on April 10 and in the U.K. on April 2.

The cast includes Daniel Craig as the franchise's titular (retired) spy, as well as Rami Malek as a new villain and Lashana Lynch as the latest Agent 007. The script comes at the hands of Neal Purvis, Robert Wade, Scott Z. Burns and Phoebe Waller-Bridge.

While Eilish will be handling the theme song, Hans Zimmer will be doing the score.

Eilish will be heading out on a world tour in 2020. You can see all those dates here.
