No longer just content with being a science guy, Bill Nye appears to have much loftier ambitions on the new show. After all, it's called Bill Nye Saves the World.
According to Indiewire, the show's synopsis promises to explore some hot-button issues: "Each episode will tackle a topic from a scientific point of view, dispelling myths, and refuting anti-scientific claims that may be espoused by politicians, religious leaders or titans of industry."
