Despite Alberta's continued rejection of scientific fact, Bill Nye the Science Guy is set to visit the province on tour later this year.
The iconic scientist will bring his "An Evening with Bill Nye" speaking engagement series north of the border to Calgary and Edmonton this November. The shows promise "an entertaining evening of science, education, discovery and an audience Q&A."
A first date will see him speak at Edmonton's Northern Jubilee Auditorium on November 16, before playing Calgary's Southern Jubilee Auditorium the following evening (November 17).
Tickets for both dates start at $59 (plus service charges), while VIP Meet & Greet packages are also available. Stubs go on sale September 13 at 10 a.m. local time through Ticketmaster.
