Published Jul 30, 2019Edgar Wright's Baby Driver made a pretty penny at the global box office, so it should come as no surprise that a sequel is in the works. While details are scarce, titular Baby driver Ansel Elgort has confirmed that the film is likely happening.
Speaking with MTV News, Elgort said, "I think it's gonna happen." He added that the film likely won't just be called Baby Driver 2. If we may, our suggestion is that they call it Toddler Driver.
Elgort confirmed that he had seen a script for the project, though he's unsure of timing as he's busy with a variety of projects and Edgar Wright is working on a Sparks documentary.
