Amazon Is Doing the Free Labour Workout Plan from 'Nathan for You' in Real Life
Back in Season 3 of his beloved series Nathan for YouNathan Fielder developed "The Movement." The plan? To utilize free labour from movers by convincing them they were participating in a workout program. And since modern life is one absurd, endlessly ironic punchline after another, it looks like Amazon has taken Fielder's lead.

A verified Amazon News Twitter account shared a link to a news story from Kansas City:
 

The piece explained how Jackie Crow has started jogging while delivering Amazon packages from her car to front porches. According to the piece, she has lost 100 pounds by pairing this plan with a new diet.

She works for "Amazon Flex," a make-your-own hours independent contractor wing of Amazon. Like most of the gig economy, Flex has been criticized for its low pay, lack of benefits and inability to guarantee hours.
