Two months ago, Aziz Ansari was the subject of a lengthy exposé from Babe.net where a writer alleged that he ignored her non-verbal cues and proceeded to be sexually "aggressive" with her. Ansari has since apologized for misreading the situation, and has been relatively silent ever since.
Since Ansari has been avoiding the public eye, his friends are now being asked to speak on his behalf. In a new interview with Vulture, Ansari's former Parks & Recreation co-star Adam Scott was asked about the allegations.
"I don't know what to say on the record about Aziz," Scott said. "I don't want to say anything that would be misconstrued. [Pauses.] I'll say this: Aziz is doing great. He's a great, lovely guy. How's that?"
