Breaking Bad best buds Jesse Pinkman and Walter White's real-life counterparts Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston are super close in real life, and according to Paul, Cranston is also now his newborn son's godfather.
Appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night (April 21), Paul revealed that his wife Lauren recently gave birth to their second child, Ryden Casipan Paul, and recounted the story of bestowing the honour on Cranston.
"I asked Bryan on his birthday if he would be our baby's godfather," Paul told Fallon, joking that he initially turned down the offer. "No, he's very excited, very honoured."
He added: "I love the man to death. He's one of my best friends in the world, and, so yeah, it was just a no-brainer."
The pair are due to appear in the current and final season of Better Call Saul where they'll reunite with several of their Breaking Bad costars, including series star Bob Odenkirk.
