Despite causing controversy with Season 1 and even more controversy with Season 2, Netflix has announced that 13 Reasons Why will return for a third season.
Production on the new season will begin later this year, with the new episodes arriving on the streaming service in 2019.
Brian Yorkey will return as the creator and showrunner of the show, and will remain joined by Joy Gorman, Mandy Teefey, Kristel Laiblin, Selena Gomez and Steve Golin as executive producers.
