Comedic renaissance man Tim Heidecker has flexed his music muscle plenty of times in the past, most recently with his songs that skewer Trump and his fans. Up next, however, he's made a very personal album. Well, almost.

In his ongoing battles with the alt-right online, Heidecker became embroiled in a false rumour that he was in the midst of a divorce. Rather than brush it off, he decided to make an entire album about his fictional split.

The album is called What the Brokenhearted Do... and a press release explains that to create the album, Heidecker "imagined himself going through an awful divorce and let the hits flow."

What the Brokenhearted Do... was produced by Jonathan Rado of Foxygen and will arrive on June 7 via Jagjaguwar. The album's first single is available below via a hilarious new music video.
