Tenacious D's Jack Black and Kyle Gass are respected comedians in their own right, but the dudes from the D share their screen time with fellow funnyman Danny McBride on the new video for Rize of the Fenix single "The Roadie."
The clip starts off with the duo interviewing McBride, cast here as beard-braiding road vet Sebastian, about his tour skills, wherein he blows their mind with a CV that includes stints repping Van Halen and Metallica.
The song itself tells the tale of the undervalued roadie, who sets up lights and checks the mics that help make the magic happen onstage, while never getting the acclaim that the D does. Sebastian gets his comeuppance, though, sticking up the dudes for some cash after stocking up on green-room booze and riding the dragon in the bathroom. You can check it out below.
