Saturday Night Live is gearing up for its Season 45 premiere, and the showrunners have just revealed the new names joining the cast.

Chloe Fineman, Shane Gillis and Bowen Yang will all join the cast as featured players.

Fineman has performed at the Just for Laughs Montreal festival, where she was billed as a New Face in 2018, and she is a regular performer at the Groundlings.

Gillis, meanwhile, was a New Face at the 2019 Just for Laughs fest.

Yang joined the SNL writing team last season and also co-hosts a podcast called The Culturistas. Significantly, he is the first full-time East Asian cast member of the long-running sketch show (which has often been criticized for its lack of diversity).

As previously reported, the 45th season of SNL premieres on September 28 with host Woody Harrelson and musical guest Billie Eilish.
