If you've ever wished that Fargo featured a character that told G-rated food jokes and talked about himself in the third person, it looks like you might be in luck. After all, Jim Gaffigan has just signed on for Season 3 of the acclaimed FX show.
As The Hollywood Reporter explains, Gaffigan will join the cast that already includes Ewan McGregor (in two roles), Carrie Coon and Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
Gaffigan will play Donny Mashman, a police chief who works with Coon's policewoman character Gloria.
Fargo will shoot in Alberta this winter, with plans for the show to debut in 2017.
