Future has been saturating the music market as of late, dropping back-to-back new albums in the last two weeks with FUTURE and HNDRXX. Now, it seems like the Atlanta rapper might be going for the hat trick come Friday (March 3).

He's slated to appear as a guest on Ellen this Thursday (March 2), and a teaser description of the episode reads:

He'll be performing a song from his upcoming CD, HNDRXX. He has the #1 album in the country this week with Future, and is attempting to have three #1 albums in a row in three weeks – which will make him the first in history to do that! He's bringing it all to Ellen!

UPDATE (2/27, 2:15 p.m. EST): According to Future's manager Anthony Saleh, the rumours of another Future album arriving this week are false. A rep for the artist has also echoed that sentiment, telling The Fader that Future will not be releasing another new album this week.

The timeline on a potential new release is a little unclear since the TV program refers to HNDRXX as an "upcoming" album (despite getting released on February 24), but it clearly specifies that he's shooting for the top of the charts with three different albums.

NPR, meanwhile, reported last week that a third album in three weeks could be on the way, citing "unconfirmed reports that the Atlanta rapper and his label Epic will follow up this second release with a third album."

Future himself has yet to comment on the rumours, but we're guessing it won't hurt to keep our eyes and ears peeled for even more forthcoming Future material.

In the meantime, you can catch a cameo from Future in the brand new video for his Ariana Grande collab "Everyday" below.
