Donald Glover is one of the busiest men in show biz right now. But between creating and starring in Atlanta, playing a young Lando Calrissian in Solo: A Star Wars Story, voicing Simba in a live-action The Lion King remake, trolling former Deadpool colleagues, working on new Childish Gambino music and touring, the multi-talented dude apparently still has enough time to host Saturday Night Live.

Glover will host an episode of the long-running NBC sketch comedy show on May 5. In addition to hosting duties, he'll also serve as the musical guest under his Childish Gambino moniker.

His most recent album as Childish Gambino arrived in 2016 with the critically acclaimed Awaken, My Love! LP.

News of the upcoming hosting gig was revealed during last night's (April 14) John Mulaney-hosted episode of SNL. See the official announcement below.

The Glover-hosted episode will air at 11:30 p.m. EST on May 5, live from New York.

Childish Gambino's prior album Awaken, My Love! is available on standard vinyl, CD or in a VR vinyl box set from Umusic.
