By Carsten KnoxThere’s no dearth of creativity in this Sydney, Cape Breton-based band, with each of the six members jumping around on their variety of instruments (trumpet, keyboards, xylophone, various guitars, two drum kits) and that’s all fine but this trend of bands with lots of members playing shambling, deconstructed pop music can stop now. Though they may be brilliant, the Arcade Fire have a lot to answer for and Broken Social Scene, although less brilliant, even more. Someone remarked that Lighthouse Choir even rhymes with Arcade Fire. Sheesh.
