The bands that filled the line-up for day two of Rock the Shores may have brought all the energy they could muster keeping the crowd of thousands on their feet throughout the afternoon, but no matter what they did they couldn't fight the fact that everyone, even the small children, were there to see Weezer.

By the time Rivers Cuomo, Patrick Wilson, Brian Bell and Scott Shriner launched into their headlining set with "My Name is Jonas," the excitement in the audience was palpable and they kept the crowd there until the end of their encore which included "Undone (the Sweater Song.)"
Even though some of the acts that had shared the stage during the weekend had left their better days behind them, Weezer performed as if no time had passed between the release of their self-titled debut and today. Cuomo rocked out with a foot up on the drum kit, and both Shriner and Cuomo stood above the crowd on the speakers on various occasions.
For Weezer fans of all ages, this was the set they'd been waiting for as the band wove together a set list that spanned their 20-year career, but still everyone was left wanting more.
