By Gregory AdamsConsidering they put out three albums in 2009, the announcement of a third Thee Oh Sees record this year should come to no surprise. Regardless, following May's Castlemania and the recent Singles Collection Volume 1 and 2, the prolific psychedelic garage rock crew will be releasing another set of catchy ragers this fall.
In a statement, band leader John Dwyer had this to say of the new album: "Castlemania was more of a vocal tirade. This one's meant to pummel and throb."
The upcoming LP is called Carrion Crawler/The Dream and comes out November 15 via In the Red Records. Song samples have yet to be unveiled, but that is its unsettling guts and glory artwork above. Check the tracklisting below.
Thee Oh Sees are also about to hit the road for a North American tour. They'll hit up a number of Canadian cities in September and November. Chances are good they will toss some of these new psychedelic nuggets in their set list.

Wow.... Maybe the only site out there that realized this is the band's third record of the year, not their second. A comp counts, especially when it's a double LP.
