Teen Daze and Shout Out Out Out Out Team Up for Split Scion Sessions 12-inch; Listen to the Tracks Now
By Brock ThiessenTeen Daze just announced his new The Inner Mansions album, due out November 6 through Lefse Records, but that's not the only new material on the way from the BC electronic whiz. As part of the Scion Sessions, Teen Daze is set to release a new split 12-inch with fellow beat-minded Canadians Shout Out Out Out Out.

For the limited release, Teen Daze offers up the exclusive original "Bluest Water," which in turn has been remixed by Shout Out Out Out Out. Then, for Shout Out Out Out Out, they contribute the Spanish Moss and Total Loss track "Now That I've Given Up Hope, I Feel Much Better," which also gets the remix treatment courtesy of Teen Daze.

The split 12-inch will be released as part of the upcoming Olio Festival, which runs from September 19 to 23 in Vancouver. Both Teen Daze and Shout Out Out Out Out will play a show at the Biltmore on September 22, where the first 200 people will receive a free copy of the 12-inch.
