Peace Announce More Canadian Dates, Premiere New Song
By Gregory AdamsEarlier this week, we learned that Vancouver acts and Suicide Squeeze label buds Peace and Nü Sensae are teaming up for a tour of the West Coast this fall, which includes only one Canadian date in their hometown. While that particular trip might not give the rest of the country the goods, Peace have now unveiled they'll split off from their besties to give the mother country a little extra attention.

Some newly announced dates will have the post-punk quartet promoting their upcoming The World Is Too Much With Us, which is due October 16. The Nü Sensae-less stint starts up in Denver, but the band will eventually make their way out to Ontario and wind through the Prairies on their way back to the West Coast. Apparently more dates are on their way, but you can check out the most current details down below.

Peace have also unveiled another number from the LP. While the first song we heard from the set was the bright and poppy love tune "Your Hand in Mine," "Tattoo" is the contemplative, spiralling closer, which slowly builds around measured cymbal taps from drummer Geoff Dembicki and noodly licks from guitarist/LP cover star Mike Willock before heading off into a hazy post-punk melee.

You can download the song here.
