Jay-Z Announces 'Magna Carta Holy Grail' for July Release
By Josiah HughesRap mogul Jay-Z has reportedly been hard at work on a new album for some time. Now, he's finally set to release the new long-player next month.

During game five of the NBA finals, Jay-Z aired a commercial for the release, which you can view below. The clip features studio footage that sees Jay hanging out with Swizz Beatz, Rick Rubin, Pharrell and Timbaland.

According to the clip, the album's called Magna Carta Holy Grail and will be available on July 4. Apparently, it will be released via an app on Samsung Galaxy phones. Said app will hit Google Play on June 24.

UPDATE: As Billboard reports, Samsung has purchased 1 million copies of Magna Carta Holy Grail to give to Samsung Galaxy smartphone users for free a full 72 hours ahead of the release. According to online reports, paid $5 apiece for the albums.
